PT Harmoni Target Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter to translate documents, manuals, SOPs, service bulletins, and aftersales reports between Mandarin and Indonesian. The role includes Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and coordination with the principal or manufacturer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• HSK Level 6 certification with strong Mandarin skills.
• Minimum 2 years as Mandarin Translator/Interpreter, automotive background preferred.
• Solid understanding of automotive terminology, vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient Mandarin–Indonesian translation, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Translate documents, SOPs, service bulletins, and aftersales reports Mandarin↔Indonesian.
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, trainings, and coordination with manufacturers.
• Assist aftersales teams, technicians, and Mandarin-speaking reps on maintenance and repair procedures.
• Translate and explain automotive terms for diagnostics, maintenance, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate technical training and aftersales improvement programs with Mandarin teams.
• Prepare meeting minutes, technical reports, and presentation materials.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely fulfillment of translation requests.

Descripción del empleo

Translate documents, technical manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), service bulletins, and aftersales reports from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.

Provide Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and coordination with the principal or manufacturer.

Assist communication between the aftersales team, technicians, service advisors, and Mandarin-speaking representatives regarding vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.

Translate and explain automotive technical terms related to vehicle components, diagnostics, maintenance, warranty claims, and aftersales operations.

Assist in coordinating technical training, product updates, and aftersales improvement programs with Mandarin-speaking teams.

Support the preparation of meeting minutes, technical reports, presentation materials, and other aftersales documentation.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of translated documents and technical information.

Follow up on translation requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely communication and task completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum HSK Level 6 certification, with strong Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter, preferably in the automotive industry or aftersales operations.

Good understanding of automotive technical terminology, vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.

Proficient in Mandarin–Indonesian translation, both written and verbal.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willing to support meetings, technical training, and coordination activities as required.
