Job summary

Erajaya Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Balikpapan location. The role focuses on creating sales strategies and ensuring SOP compliance across recruitment, training, promotion, finance, stock, and operations to align with company policy.

You will analyze store needs and support improvements to management systems, while monitoring day-to-day operations for excellence and achievement of store targets.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in retail or related field.
• Experience as Store Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and drive to achieve sales targets; good customer service and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Create sales strategy and work plan to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation to ensure store complies with policy.
• Analyze needs and provide support to improve store management systems.
• Monitor and control store operations to support achievement of store goals.
• Analyze, monitor and evaluate store performance to meet targets and SOPs; help overcome issues.
• Monitor and develop staff to build leadership succession in-store.
