Job summary

PT Hla Garment Trading Indonesia is seeking a store manager to oversee operations, supervise staff, and enhance performance across the store.

The role includes driving sales, collecting market information, handling customer issues, and ensuring effective stock management and visual merchandising in line with corporate directives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage store operations.
• Strong communication skills in English for cross‑store coordination.
• Experience in data analysis to support decision making.
• Stock management including stock taking, ordering, storing and tracking inventory.
• Ability to design and implement visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
• Good presentation skills and ability to train/guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for store operations, supervising and guiding employees to improve performance.
• Motivate staff to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
• Actively collect market information and report to the company.
• Handle customer complaints and problems related to store management.
• Carry through company instructions and complete tasks assigned by leadership.
• Stock management: stock take, ordering, storing, tracking and monitoring levels.
• Data analysis: clean, process raw data and extract actionable insights to inform decisions.
• Follow visual directives for store setups and adapt merchandising to regional needs.
• Analyze weekly store sales data and inventory; adjust displays for best sellers and high/low sellers.

Data Analysis in process of cleaning, changing, and processing raw data and extracting actionable, relevant information that helps businesses make informed decisions. The procedure helps reduce the risks inherent in decision-making by providing useful insights and statistics, often presented in charts, images, tables, and graphs.

Responsible to liberate overall business development and responsibility toward the company requirement.

Follow visual directives via photographs and company visual campaign book when executing store set-ups. Adapt or substitute in a brand appropriate manner to make visual merchandising suitable to regional needs.

Analyze the store sales data and inventory every week, and adjust the display of best sellers ,less sellers and goods with large inventory according to the requirements of the headquarters

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.

Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday

Working experience in the apparel retailing field will be preferred.

A good knowledge of English, and proficiency in speaking and writing.

Strong sense of responsibility, good presentation, communication skills, and applicable for a long term travel time in different places.
