Job summary

Accor is seeking a dynamic Sales professional in Bandung to manage all incoming leads for guest room and event bookings, and to surpass sales targets through proactive account development and site inspections.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, maintain client relations, coordinate with events teams, and ensure smooth post-event execution while driving repeat business. Fluency in English is a plus and Opera experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming leads for the booking of guest rooms and/or meeting/catering functions.
• Exceed personal sales goals through account development and maintenance.
• Conduct site inspections with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and implement new sales strategies and action plans for account base.
• Conduct daily meetings to review event contracts and communicate changes.
• Follow up post-event to address issues and solicit return business.
