InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort is seeking an Assistant Rooms Division Manager to lead the Guest Services Team and oversee the Guest Experience.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Reservations to deliver brand-standard service, supervise staff, and respond to guest needs with personalized recommendations. A degree in hotel management or business administration and 3 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years’ related experience in the same role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Guest Services Team and ensure InterContinental Guest Experience aligns with brand standards.
• Assist in supervising Housekeeping operations and respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to optimize SOPs, guest satisfaction, and departmental efficiency.
• Mentor and coach staff, ensure proper training, rostering, and performance management.
• Support revenue growth by coordinating with Reservations, managing vendor relations, and forecasting occupancy.
