You will also assist with purchase orders, purchasing records, invoice verification, and other procurement documentation. Regular monitoring of pricing, supplier performance, stock availability, and purchasing trends will help identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
You will ensure that purchasing activities follow company policies, procedures, and required quality standards, while supporting the Purchasing Manager in improving procurement processes when needed.
If you are ready to take the next step in your procurement career and contribute to the operational success of a growing hospitality concept in Bali, we would love to hear from you.
