PT Leap Digital Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and monitoring of technology and business transformation initiatives. You will assist in scheduling, reporting, and coordinating with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

This role emphasizes governance, documentation, UAT support, and change management, with exposure to PM tools such as Jira or Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• Solid knowledge of PM principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology and business transformation projects.
• Coordinate project activities among business users, technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
• Prepare project status reports, management presentations, meeting materials, and updates.
• Consolidate project information from stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and governance activities.
• Document meeting discussions, key decisions, and action items, and follow up on tasks.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, go-live coordination, and post-implementation support.
• Assist with change management, user training, and communication activities.
