TikTok LIVE team in Jakarta welcomes an Agency Operations Project Intern for a 2026 start. You will engage in real-time livestream operations, data analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to plan revenue and content activities in Indonesia.

Responsibilities include supporting creator ecosystem maintenance, analyzing streaming data to drive performance, and assisting in local online/offline revenue events. Commit to a 6-month, 5-days-per-week internship starting in July.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related field.
• Available to start July 15 and commit to a 6-month internship, attending 5 days per week.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, attention to detail, ownership mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and common office software.

About Our Team TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes.

As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; it provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.

It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline
• Able to start internship from 15th July, attend 5 working days per week, and commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
• Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, stress resistance, attention to detail, sense of responsibility and ownership mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas and functions and other common office software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess relevant knowledge of entertainment live streaming.
• Have a strong interest in international markets.
