Job summary

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk is seeking an experienced SAP MM consultant to lead procurement and inventory processes within SAP S/4HANA frameworks. The role focuses on material master, subcontracting, consignment, and LIV, with 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience.

Successful candidates will drive end-to-end lifecycle implementations, configure MM sub-modules, and ensure smooth cross-module integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and EWM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, SCM, Business Administration, or Engineering with a GPA of 3.5.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience.
• 1-2 full end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles completed.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Business Partner concepts, and Fiori.
• Expert knowledge of Material Master, Purchase Info Records, Subcontracting, and Consignment; LIV awareness.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into standard SAP functional designs.
• Configure and maintain core SAP MM sub-modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Valuation.
• Deliver MM project implementations for rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage integrations with SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, and EWM.
• Write Functional Specifications for ABAP developers and execute system testing.
• Provide Tier 2/3 user support and training when needed.

Job description

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as an IT SAP MM with the following details:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering with a GPA of 3.5 from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant.

Lifecycle Projects: Proven track record of at least 1-2 full end-to-end (E2E) SAP implementation lifecycles.

S/4HANA Architecture: Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Business Partner concepts, and Fiori applications.

Master Data & Procurement: Expert knowledge of Material Master, Purchase Info Records, Subcontracting, and Consignment.

Inventory Control: Deep expertise in Goods Movements, Physical Inventory, and Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).

Troubleshooting: Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging to independently diagnose system faults.

SAP Certified Application Associate (Sourcing and Procurement) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Translate complex business requirements into standard SAP functional designs. Internal SME for Purchasing and Inventory processes.

System Configuration: Configure and maintain core SAP MM sub-modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Valuation.

Project Delivery: Deliver project in MM module for system rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects. Knowledge or capabilities in other modules such as PP, PM, PS, EWM is a plus

Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to manage integrations with SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, and EWM.

Documentation & Testing: Write clear Functional Specifications (FS) for ABAP developers and execute rigorous system testing.

User Support: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, resolve system bottlenecks, and deliver key user training.
