Job summary

PT. IINO Indonesia seeks an Assistant Manager for PPIC & Marketing to support inventory management, distribution, and marketing activities in a dynamic automotive parts business. You will coordinate with all divisions and manage quotations, budgeting, and reports.

Requirements include a bachelor's in Marketing Management or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in PPIC/marketing in automotive, English/Indonesian fluency, and MS Office proficiency. ISO MR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in PPIC and/or marketing roles within automotive industry.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Understanding of production, inventory, and distribution management.
• Experience in marketing strategies, including digital marketing.
• ISO Management Representative exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and search for sales activity to new customers.
• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Create budgets and monitor sales, purchase orders, and import duties.
• Review and adjust sales budgets and costs of materials.
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports for the Director.
• Coordinate Purchasing, Warehouse and EXIM activities.
• Manage import processes (FCL/LCL/Air) and relationships with forwarders.
• Maintain documentation and licenses related to bonded warehouses.
• Build strong communication and cross-division collaboration.
• Fluently communicate in English (speaking and writing).

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting inventory management, distribution, and marketing activities for our dynamic company.

Responsibility

Conduct for sales activity to Customer existing

Conduct and search for sales activity to search new customer

Make quotation for Customer

Make budget and monitoring for sales, purchase order, import duty

Make review for increase and decrease sales

Make review for cost of purchase material

Make monthly report and Yearly report to Director

Understood regarding Purchasing, Warehouse and EXIM

Understood activity import and delivery to or from bounded warehouse

Understood update and renewal for document license related bounded warehouse

Understood cost of forwarder handling

Understand for import process FCL/LCL/Air

Experience as a MR and handling External Audit for ISO 9001:2015

Able to build good communication and relationship

Able to coordinate with all of division

Fluently in English (speak and writing)
