PMA Manufacturing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager of Finance and Accounting to lead the department and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role requires a degree in Finance and Accounting, 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager position, and strong English proficiency.

The candidate should be well-versed in PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations, with experience in SAP/Accurate/MYOB and advanced Excel skills. Willingness to be seconded to Kabupaten Tegal is required.

Graduated from State Universty majored in Finance and Accounting Study

Minimum 2 years experience within the same field as a Supervisor or Assistan Manager.

Fluency in English and computer literate.

Well versed in PSAK and Indonesia Tax Regulation.

Well versed in using accounting software (SAP, Accurate, MYOB, or others) dan Excel in advance level.

Ability in data analysis, attention to detial and good leadership.

Willing to be seconded in Kabupaten Tegal
