Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center invites a seasoned professional to join as Assistant Manager, Operations Support at the GAIA Campus. You will coordinate day-to-day operational support, manage warehouse/inventory, and uphold security and governance across critical facilities.

Reporting to the Operations Support Senior Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, supervise the team, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in data center operations or related critical environments, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Good understanding of data center operations, inventory management, physical security, risk compliance, and operational support processes.
• Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers.
• Working knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced critical operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational support activities to ensure readiness and reliable service delivery.
• Support customer fit-out, implementation, service acceptance, and operational handover activities.
• Coordinate incident response support and ensure requirements are delivered through the service lifecycle.
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits, corrective actions, and maintenance of procedures and documentation.
• Support physical security operations, access control, CCTV, visitor management, and incident reporting.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control for spare parts, consumables, tools, and assets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and timely replenishment for maintenance and continuity.
• Promote automation initiatives and digitalization to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise the Operations Support team and coach for performance; foster collaboration and accountability.
