Job summary

Digital Edge DC is expanding its presence in Asia and seeks a Customer Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for hyperscale customers. You will coordinate with construction, design and operations to translate contracts into actionable delivery plans, ensuring on-time RFS and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in data center services, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management, working on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

10+ years leading end-to-end project delivery in critical operating environments.
Experience with hyperscale or large enterprise data center projects.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical services in data centers.
Proven ability to translate requirements into scope and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as primary customer delivery owner for hyperscale projects from contract to Ready for Service (RFS).
Coordinate with construction, design, and operations to align delivery with customer requirements.
Develop and manage delivery programmes and monitor milestones.
Handle customer change requests, assess cost/schedule impacts, and coordinate vendor activities.
Own handover of facilities to customers and enable a smooth BAU transition.
