Job summary

Aqua Elektronik is seeking an experienced B2B Sales professional to assist the Head of B2B Channel in reaching sales targets and profits. The role involves forecasting, monitoring dealer performance, and ensuring stock, delivery, and after-sales service are aligned with company processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or related fields, at least 3 years in a similar role, and strong English communication with Mandarin as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in same position.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Presistent, number friendly and detail oriented.
• Fast learner and effective working.
• Good negotiation skill, sales management & relationship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong leadership, people management, persuasive and innovative.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of B2B Channel to achieve sales target and projected profit.
• Make monthly sales forecasts and ensure that sales achievement can reach monthly sales forecasts.
• Monitor sales achievement and sell product to dealers via online or offline.
• Ensure stock availability, delivery product, and after sales service.
• Maintain and monitor AR payable from B2B dealers.
• Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship.
• Update B2B monthly report (B2B achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity).
• Assist Head of B2B channel to operate the B2B channel in line with company procedures and policies.
