Job summary

Skintific in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an meticulous Assistant Manager, Account Payable to lead the AP team, oversee invoice processing, payments, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all obligations.

You will standardize workflows, manage vendor inquiries, support internal controls and tax compliance (VAT/WHT), and prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts for month-end close, while coordinating with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–6 years in Finance/Accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations and PSAK.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and results-oriented Assistant Manager, Account Payable to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts payable function, ensuring that all financial obligations are met accurately and on time. You will play a key role in optimizing payment processes and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support Skintific's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesia tax regulations and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
