Job summary

Skintific in Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Account Payable to lead and optimize the accounts payable function. You will oversee daily AP operations, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support rapid growth.

The role requires 5–6 years in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong ERP and Excel skills. Fluency in English is required, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations and PSAK.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise the AP team and ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Process Optimization: Standardize and streamline AP workflows for efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Address vendor inquiries and reconcile statements on time.
• Compliance & Internal Control: Ensure payments comply with policies and local tax regulations (VAT/WHT).
• Reporting: Prepare monthly aging reports and cash flow forecasts for month-end closing.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
