PT Pop Mart Indonesia is seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations in Jakarta, focusing on accounts payable, treasury, cash-flow management, tax administration, and regulatory reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounts payable, treasury, taxation, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Indonesian VAT administration and tax documentation
• Experience using Coretax or similar Indonesian tax-reporting systems
• Familiarity with LKPM reporting is highly preferred
• Experience in vendor payment processing, expense review, cash-flow reporting, and reconciliation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting, banking, or ERP systems is preferred
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations, including vendor payments, inter-company payments, petty cash, and cash advances
• Review invoices, POs, contracts, tax documents, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approval
• Support treasury and cash-flow management, including cash allocation, bank balance monitoring, internal fund transfers, and weekly cash reporting
• Perform bank and fund-transfer reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies
• Support Indonesian tax administration, including VAT invoice preparation, tax documentation, and data submission through Coretax
• Compile and validate shipment and invoice information required for monthly VAT reporting
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly LKPM submissions and maintain supporting documentation
• Ensure finance transactions comply with policies, approval matrix, and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information
• Coordinate with internal teams, stores, vendors, banks, and other stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues

About you
