PT Pop Mart Indonesia is seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations in Jakarta, focusing on accounts payable, treasury, cash-flow management, tax administration, and regulatory reporting. We are looking for an Accountant to support our day-to-day finance operations, with a focus on accounts payable, treasury, cash-flow management, tax administration, and regulatory reporting.
This role will work closely with internal teams, vendors, banks, and relevant authorities to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and applicable Indonesian regulations.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily finance operations, including vendor payments, inter-company payments, petty cash, and cash advances
Review invoices, POs, contracts, tax documents, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approval
Support treasury and cash-flow management, including cash allocation, bank balance monitoring, internal fund transfers, and weekly cash reporting
Perform bank and fund-transfer reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies
Support Indonesian tax administration, including VAT invoice preparation, tax documentation, and data submission through Coretax
Compile and validate shipment and invoice information required for monthly VAT reporting
Prepare and coordinate quarterly LKPM (Investment Activity Report) submissions and maintain supporting documentation
Ensure finance transactions comply with company policies, approval matrix, and internal controls
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information
Coordinate with internal teams, stores, vendors, banks, and other stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounts payable, treasury, taxation, or a similar role
Good knowledge of Indonesian VAT administration and tax documentation
Experience using Coretax or similar Indonesian tax-reporting systems
Familiarity with LKPM reporting is highly preferred
Experience in vendor payment processing, expense review, cash-flow reporting, and reconciliation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
Experience with accounting, banking, or ERP systems is preferred
Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills
