PT Agro Harapan Lestari is seeking an Accounting Manager based in Central Kalimantan to oversee monthly reports, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI evaluation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, has 5+ years in accounting/finance, and demonstrates strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with fluent English.

Candidate should be detail-oriented with robust accounting logic, capable of multi-entity environments, and willing to work full-time on-site in Kalimantan Tengah.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Financial Analyst.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.

Strong accounting logic and analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluent in English language (both spoken and written).

Excellent time management skills and timelines driven.

Experience in multi-entities environment is a plus.

Full WFO – based in Central Kalimantan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly management reports and performance reviews timely and accurately.

Prepare monthly Capex Progress report timely and accurately.

Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget and Forecast figures.
