Job summary

Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd mencari manajer sustainability berpengalaman untuk memimpin inisiatif lingkungan dan sosial di wilayah Asia Tenggara. Peran ini melibatkan koordinasi dengan tim regional, operasional pabrik dan lahan, serta pelaporan kepatuhan terhadap standar seperti ISPO, RSPO, dan ISCC.

Anda akan mengelola program berkelanjutan, melakukan audit, dan berkolaborasi dengan komunitas serta pemangku kepentingan untuk mencapai target perusahaan.

Qualifications

• Memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang Environmental Health & Safety Science.
• Pengalaman lebih dari 5 tahun di posisi manajerial bagian sustainability pada industri kelapa sawit.

Responsibilities

• Bekerja erat dengan tim RO Sustainability, Operasional Perkebunan dan Pabrik untuk mengimplementasikan inisiatif sustainability di regional.
• Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan rencana kerja tahunan.
• Mengelola anggaran sustainability regional dan bekerja dengan unit EHS untuk program yang akan dilaksanakan.
• Mendukung operasional dalam manajemen komunitas, media, CSR, serta kontribusi materi komunikasi internal/eksternal untuk Goodhope.
• Mengelola limbah berbahaya, pemantauan HCV, dan proses sertifikasi sesuai regulasi.
• Melakukan monitoring untuk semua program yang diatur dan menyusun laporan (RKL/RPL, limbah B3, pemantauan HCV, rapat kebakaran hutan/luas lahan) ke instansi terkait.
• Melakukan audit internal, konsultasi pemangku kepentingan, inspeksi K3 berkala, PROPER, dan program P2K3 untuk setiap perusahaan.
• Memasukkan data PROPER ke akun SIMPEL sesuai jadwal Kementerian Lingkungan hidup.

Job description

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety Science.

More than 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the sustainability department and palm oil industry.

Willing to travel extensively.

Extensive practical experience in implementing local and international sustainability standards (ISPO, RSPO, ISCC, etc.).

Experience in managing community and labour-related matters.

Proven leadership skills.

Pragmatic, hands‑on, and results‑driven management style.

Stakeholder management skills and experience.

Excellent planning, problem‑solving, and implementation skills.

Lead and involve in conservation and climate change projects successfully.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the RO Sustainability team, Plantation, and Mill Operations in the region to implement sustainability initiatives and activities.

Develop and implement annual work plans.

Manage the regional sustainability budget and work with the company’s EHS unit for programs to be implemented.

Support operations in managing community, media, and CSR‑related matters, and contribute materials for internal and external communications for Goodhope.

Manage hazardous waste, HCV monitoring, and certification processes in each region, ensuring compliance with each regulation.

Conduct monitoring activities for all regulated programs and ensure all reports are established (such as RKL/RPL, B3 waste, HCV monitoring, and forest/land fire and safety meetings) and submitted to relevant agencies.

Conduct internal audits, stakeholder consultation, periodic K3 inspections, PROPER, and P2K3 activities for each company.

Ensure PROPER data is entered into the SIMPEL account by EHS personnel according to the schedule set by the Ministry of Environment.
