Job summary

Our client is an independent 5-star luxury boutique resort located in the heart of Seminyak. They seek an Assistant Business Development Manager to support the commercial growth strategy, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue across international and domestic travel segments.

You will lead account development, develop targeted sales strategies, and collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and E‑Commerce teams to maximise occupancy and ADR while maintaining the resort’s boutique brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Business, Marketing.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and KPIs in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel market and channels.
• Established network within travel trade, luxury agencies and DMCs.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the property's commercial strategy to achieve revenue, occupancy and ADR objectives.
• Identify new business leads, contracting opportunities, and market trends with DMCs and travel accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, client entertaining, and development initiatives in target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, wholesalers and corporate bookers for high-yield bookings.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, market intelligence and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Revenue, E‑Commerce and Operations to maximise packages and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor rates and market trends to adjust sales tactics.
• Represent the resort at trade shows and industry events to expand reach.
• Organise client FAM trips, site inspections and showcases of luxury offerings.
• Ensure development activities align with luxury boutique positioning and revenue targets.
