Job summary

The role emphasizes planning, training, and cost-conscious management while upholding safety and service excellence across all guest areas.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on hotel housekeeping experience, with supervisory or leadership exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to develop team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with hotel property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing, and supervising daily housekeeping operations.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Communicate with Front Office about room status, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operational reports.
• Train and motivate staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Oversee inventory of supplies, linens, uniforms, and equipment.
