Job summary

Unilever Indonesia's Beauty & Wellbeing unit in Cikarang Skin Factory seeks an Asst. Engineering Manager for Utility, Building & Environment.

You will lead maintenance and operation of utility plants, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Production, Quality, Safety, Planning and Projects to deliver safe, efficient operations. The role emphasizes proactive safety, energy efficiency, asset reliability, and sustainability programs, with reporting to the Engineering Manager in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in engineering operations and maintenance preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of utility plants and building facilities.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize asset performance.
• Drive energy efficiency and cost competitiveness through improvement initiatives.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs related to reliability, energy use, and operations.
