Job summary

Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is seeking an experienced Utility Supervisor to lead safe, reliable operation of utility systems at our Sentul Factory. You will oversee maintenance and improvements across boilers, chillers, electrical systems, water treatment, and facility infrastructure.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 3+ years in utilities or maintenance in a manufacturing setting, and strong hands-on experience with boilers, ammonia chiller, and MV/LV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in Utilities, Engineering, or Maintenance within manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with boilers, ammonia chiller, and MV/LV electrical distribution.
• Experience with compressor, HVAC, water/wastewater treatment, cooling towers and safety systems.
• Proficiency in SAP PM and AutoCAD; strong safety management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of boilers, chillers, electrical systems and water treatment.
• Drive maintenance and improvement across plant utilities and building infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, sustainability and cost efficiency objectives are met.
• Lead technical teams and contractors; manage preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Uphold utility safety and regulatory compliance.

Short Intro and About the Job

Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is looking for an experienced Utility Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utility systems and facilities at our Sentul Factory. In this role, you will lead utility maintenance and improvement activities across boilers, chillers, electrical systems, water treatment, and facility infrastructure, while delivering operational reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency objectives.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Utilities, Engineering, or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial utility systems, particularly Boiler, Ammonia Chiller, and MV/LV Electrical Distribution
• Experience in operating and maintaining utility systems such as Compressor, HVAC, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Cooling Tower, Fire Protection System, and Building Utilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and utility safety management.
• Proficiency in SAP PM Module, AutoCAD, and basic Electrical Control & Automation.
• Strong understanding of Boiler Safety, Ammonia Handling & Safety, Electrical Safety, and applicable industrial regulations.
• Proven leadership experience in leading technical teams and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, coaching, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional certifications such as K3 Umum, AK3 Listrik, K3 Teknisi Listrik, Boiler Operator, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at Sentul Factory.
