Job summary

You will manage spare parts, coordinate with departments, and troubleshoot pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
• Lead maintenance teams and ensure safe, reliable plant operation.
• Familiarity with CMMS, reliability tools, and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
• Ensure timely repairs and servicing of equipment.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
• Apply engineering principles to solve plant operational problems.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance (OSHA, MSDS).
• Assist in planning and execution of mechanical projects and upgrades.
• Support commissioning and decommissioning of equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Prepare reports for senior management on equipment performance and maintenance KPIs.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations
