Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta Selatan seeks an Assistant Cook to support the Head Chef in preparing daily meals according to the menu and company standards. You will prepare ingredients, wash, cut, season, and portion foods, while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsible for proper storage, stock monitoring, and reporting shortages; assist with serving and timely meal delivery. Overtime may be required with pay in line with regulations; English communication is required, Mandarin

Formación

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Prior experience as Assistant Cook or Kitchen Helper preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Willing to prepare pork and other meats (non halal).
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to work overtime with applicable overtime pay.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and utensils.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.

Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages or replenishment needs to the Head Chef.

Assist with food serving and ensure meals are prepared and served on time.

Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

Requirements

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Previous experience as an Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, or in a similar position is preferred.

Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.

Willing and comfortable to handle and prepare pork and other types of meat (non halal).

Able to communicate in English.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Willing to work overtime when required by operational needs, with overtime pay provided in accordance with applicable company regulations.

Able to work in a team and follow instructions from the Head Chef.

Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Willing to work according to the assigned schedule.
