Job summary

Minor Vacation Club Legian Bali is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to oversee the daily operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring the reliable maintenance and operation of hotel facilities.

You will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, lead engineering projects, monitor compliance with safety and brand standards, and support budget control, asset management, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of engineering experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and asset management.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards for resorts/hotels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering Department in the hotel.
• supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, engineering projects, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports for hotel management and corporate teams.
