Job summary

Unreal Management is seeking an Engineering Hotel Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and infrastructure on Bali properties. You will conduct preventive maintenance checks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure safety standards are met to deliver high guest experiences.

You will also manage maintenance budgets and schedules, coordinate with other departments, and ensure repairs are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK qualification in engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Strong background in preventive and mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and routine inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement repairs.
