Job summary

PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking a proactive assistant account manager to support the account manager in developing and maintaining relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, data centers, and enterprise customers.

You will help prepare proposals, quotations, and meeting materials, and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project execution across Indonesia. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equal qualification.
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years experience welcome.
• Strong communication and coordination skills preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in building and maintaining relationships with operators, ISPs, data centers, and enterprise clients.
• Prepare customer presentations, proposals, quotations, and meeting materials; follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate communications among Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.

Job description

1. Support the Account Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, data center companies, and enterprise customers.

2. Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, quotations, meeting materials, and follow up on business opportunities.

3. Coordinate internal communication among Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Arrange customer meetings, business visits, and business trip logistics when required.

5. Conduct basic market research and collect information on potential customers and competitors.

6. Prepare meeting minutes, maintain customer records, and update sales reports.

7. Assist in translating and facilitating communication between local customers and the headquarters when necessary.

8. Perform other tasks assigned by the Account Manager.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Engineering, or related fields.

2. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.

3. Outgoing, proactive, confident in communicating with people, and willing to learn.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

5. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is a plus.

6. Experience in telecommunications, ICT, or technology industries is an advantage but not required.

7. Willing to attend customer meetings and travel occasionally within Indonesia.
