Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant in Jakarta Pusat to manage depreciation, asset charging, capitalization, and monthly close. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and asset reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting, at least 1 year of accounting experience, and working knowledge of SAP. English fluency is an advantage for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting experience required.
• Familiar with accounting systems; SAP is a plus.
• Understanding cost control and finance asset processes (SAP, budgeting, allocation, reporting).
• Knowledge of asset management and accuracy is essential.
• Able to meet report deadlines over time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English (spoken/written) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist budgeting and reforecast accuracy and on-time submissions including asset financial models for all projects.
• Handle day-to-day asset finance operations including depreciation and asset charging to business lines and monthly close.
• Capitalize and write off assets per policy and allocate costs to business lines monthly.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly asset management finance reports (P&L and balance sheet) reconciled with statutory.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards.
