DHARMA GROUP, a well-established OEM manufacturer, seeks a production-focused engineer to monitor daily production activities, ensure quality and efficiency targets, and support Lean initiatives. The role requires a degree in engineering and 1–2 years of experience, with preference for automotive exposure.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing; automotive industry experience is preferred, open for fresh graduate.
• Good understanding of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Continuous Improvement.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 5S/5R implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support daily production activities to ensure achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor production processes, including material utilization, manpower allocation, production capacity, and machine performance.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPS, TPM, QCC, and other Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce production costs.
• Ensure production activities comply with SOPs, Work Instructions, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Health, Safety, and 5R standards.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product mass production preparation and ensure accurate production documentation and SAP transactions.
