Job Responsibilities:
Develop production-related operational targets based on departmental development plans and business strategies, break them down into monthly objectives, and monitor progress.
Formulate employee training plans according to the department's organizational structure and detailed recruitment plans.
Continuously optimize production and operational processes and systems in line with departmental procedures and regulations.
Manage manufacturing cost control, establish standard working hours, improve production layout, process methods, equipment, and fixtures to enhance lean operations on-site.
Ensure proper implementation of production operations, process execution, and equipment support; promptly coordinate and resolve issues arising during production to guarantee product quality and on-time delivery.
Strictly implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for equipment to ensure reliable operation of machinery and tooling.
Oversee safety management for production staff, foster a strong safety awareness among employees, and actively implement 5S management within the department.
Effectively communicate and execute decisions and key points from company leadership meetings.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors beyond regular responsibilities.
Professional Skills:
Familiarity with the entire production and manufacturing process system in the automotive or auto parts industry, and thorough understanding of the IATF16949 standard.
Knowledge of common manufacturing processes in process development and relevant quality control methods.
Strong team management capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing industry, with minimum 3–5 years in Manager position.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
Mandarin is preferred
Proficient in using CAD, Office, and other drafting and office software.
Strong communication skills, with solid judgment and decision-making abilities.
