PT Denko Wahana Industries, an Indonesian manufacturing company in the automotive and electronics spare parts sector, is seeking a seasoned Purchasing Manager. The role focuses on developing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing value across local and international vendors.

You will oversee inventory coordination, budgeting, and procurement processes, ensure quality standards, and train new staff.

Formación

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Min 3 years of purchasing experience in the Automotive and Electronic Sparepart Industry.
• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
• Fluent in English.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong negotiation and critical thinking.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, ensure value.
• Maintain supplier database, purchase records and documentation.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Train new employees in purchasing processes and how to use purchasing systems.
• Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Ensure items meet quality standards.
• Improve purchasing systems and processes.
