Job summary

Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Startup Account Manager to build trust and drive growth with high-potential startups. You will work with founders, CXOs, and partners to lead GTM efforts, accelerate adoption of AWS cloud services, and ensure customer success across early and growth stages.

The role requires a strong sales background, a technical aptitude to discuss AI, data services, and sustainable computing, and willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology-related sales experience.
• 4+ years in technical sales in B2B environments.
• 5+ years working cross-functionally or MBA with cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success with startups at early and mid stages.
• Drive revenue and market share in defined territory or vertical.
• Accelerate adoption through GTM strategy and engaged engagements.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans.
• Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Engage founders, CXOs, and VC influencers to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
