Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a Talent Liaison to support relationships between the group, artists, agents, and internal teams. You will help ensure talent engagements are organized smoothly and communications are clear from initial contact through to completion.

Formación

• Interest in music, entertainment, events, and hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, professional and clear.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate artist bookings, contracts, schedules, travel, accommodation, and event requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and share information with internal teams.
• Support arrivals, soundchecks, performances, and departures during engagements.
• Research talent and maintain industry contacts; assist with reporting and administration.
