Job summary

SabiKerja, Jakarta-based headhunter, is seeking an Artist Manager to connect brands with artists and agencies. You will source talents, negotiate fees, and manage end-to-end collaborations across campaigns and events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in artist/talent management or influencer management, strong networks, and a proven track record in campaigns. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Business Development teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Artist Management or Talent Management.
• Strong network of artists, celebrities, managers and agencies.
• Proven experience negotiating talent fees and collaborations.
• Experience with brand campaigns, endorsements or events is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple talents and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and professional with knowledge of entertainment trends.

As an Artist Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with artists, celebrities, and talent agencies while managing talent sourcing, negotiations, and commercial collaborations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and develop long-term partnerships with talents.
