• Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry, bakery, or artisan baking, preferably in a café, restaurant, hotel, or bakery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pastry and bakery production ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation across all products.
• Oversee dough preparation, fermentation, lamination, baking, and finishing processes.
• Develop new pastry and bakery products aligned with market trends and consumer demand.
• Plan daily production schedules based on outlet requirements and inventory.
• Monitor ingredient usage, yield, and waste; optimize cost and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe kitchen per SOPs and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and communicate clearly to deliver high-quality products.
