Job summary

PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk is seeking a Channel Distribution Manager to drive sales and distribution targets in the Bandung region, coordinating with distributors and marketing.

You will lead the distributor sales team, develop new channels, and provide regular performance reports. A Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥3.0 and strong negotiation and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in channel distribution within FMCG/consumer goods.
• Experience handling RTD or packaged beverage products.
• Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥3.00.
• Strong understanding of consumer goods business processes.
• Solid market analysis capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Well-developed relationships with distribution channels and database.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operational activities in the region to achieve sales and distribution targets
• Provide accurate sales reports and analysis from distributors on a regular basis
• Develop, recommend, and ensure promotion and distribution plans in the region are executed well
• Ensure approved plans are implemented by the sales team in the field
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams at distributors to maintain and increase sales productivity
• Provide direction, motivation, and development to the distributor sales team
• Build good relationships with existing channels and open new distribution channels

Key responsibilities

Manage sales and operational activities in the region to achieve sales and distribution targets

Provide accurate sales reports and analysis from distributors on a regular basis

Develop, recommend, and ensure promotion and distribution plans in the region are executed well

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience as a channel distribution in FMCG/Consumer Goods companies handling RTD or packaged beverage products

Bachelor's degree from any major (preferred from Economics, Marketing, or Business) with minimum GPA 3.00

Understanding of business processes in the consumer goods industry

Good market analysis capabilities

Database and good relationships with many distribution channels

Able to operate Microsoft Office
