Job summary

PT SMART Tbk (SMART) is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead the Channel MT team and achieve monthly targets. You will ensure effective selling steps, maintain close relationships with outlets, and monitor service levels to drive revenue and KPI performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in beverage distribution, and excels in communication. This role reports to the Sales Department and is based in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as sales supervisor distribution specially handle beverage & Channel MT.
• Excellent in communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly target for Channel LMT.
• Lead the sales team to meet KPI behavior, revenue, and collections.
• Maintain proximity relationships with customers.
• Ensure selling steps are followed by FSR.
• Monitor MT service levels and fulfillment.
