Job summary

PT DECISION TREE INDONESIA is seeking a sales professional to focus on General Trade and Modern Trade channels in the Yogyakarta region. You will drive channel development, manage distributor relationships, and execute offline sales strategies.

You will collaborate with internal teams to meet targets, gather market insights, and support business growth, while being willing to be placed in Yogyakarta with coverage across Central Java, Yogyakarta, and the Solo area.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in beauty, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong GT and MT channel experience and knowledge of distribution systems.
• Ability to negotiate with distributors, wholesalers and store owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage GT channels including traditional stores, wholesalers and distributors.
• Support MT channels required by the company.
• Achieve sales, shipment, and payment collection targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with GT customers and MT partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to ensure order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and pricing in GT segments.
• Travel to assigned area as needed (Yogyakarta) with area coverage Central Java, Yogyakarta, Solo.

Job description

Focus on developing and managing General Trade (GT) channels including traditional stores, wholesalers, and distributors.

Support and handle Modern Trade (MT) channels required by the company.

Achieve sales targets, shipment targets, and payment collection targets assigned by the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with GT customers and key MT partners.

Execute and comply with the company’s offline sales strategies, policies, and promotional programs.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing, especially within the GT market.

Collect market information and provide operational and sales insights to support business growth.

Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.

Handle other sales-related tasks assigned by the company in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Salesman, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.

Strong experience in handling General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).

Familiar with GT distribution systems, reseller management, and traditional market operations.

Good negotiation skills, especially with distributors, wholesalers, and store owners.

Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Good communication skills and able to communicate clearly to ensure efficiency.

Willing to be placed according to the assigned area (Yogyakarta) with area coverage Central Java, Yogyakarta, Solo area.
