Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Assist Area Sales Manager to lead distributor sales teams across Aceh, driving target achievement for FMCG products. The role requires collaboration with the ASM and distributors to expand General Trade and Modern Trade channels and implement robust sales promotions.

The candidate should have a Diploma or equivalent with strong sales experience, especially in FMCG, and be ready to be placed in ACEH. Proficiency in MS Office and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant sales experience in FMCG.
• At least 2 years of experience as Area Sales Supervisor.
• Knowledge about Aceh coverage area.
• Willing to be placed in ACEH.
• Experience in General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Distribution Management.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, leadership, market knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and motivate distributor’s sales team to achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Assist ASM and distributor in generating sales opportunities and build distribution in General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Develop and implement the sales and promotion plan and evaluate related activities.
• Ensure target achievement, distribution, availability and visibility of company products with local distributor partners.
• Formulate sales strategies and socialize them to the sales team; prepare monthly reports.
• Conduct joint visits and attend weekly meetings with distributor team.
