Job summary

Global Distribusi Nusantara is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee sales administration across multiple warehouse locations in Indonesia. You will ensure accurate PO processing, inbound coordination, returns, rebates, and related transactions, while upholding SOPs and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Finance teams to resolve order discrepancies and enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-location coordination in a fast-paced FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or Commercial Operations, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or retail businesses.
• Strong understanding of PO processing, inbound coordination, sales returns, rebates, and commercial administration.
• Experience coordinating or supervising sales administration teams across multiple locations or warehouses is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative reporting; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.]

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales administration activities across multiple warehouses, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders (POs), sales documentation, and related transactions.
• Monitor and coordinate inbound activities, order fulfillment, returns, customer claims, and rebate administration to support smooth sales operations.
• Oversee the execution of administrative tasks across warehouse locations, ensuring compliance with established SOPs, timelines, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and other teams to resolve order discrepancies, documentation issues, and operational challenges.
• Prepare and analyze sales administration reports, tracking outstanding orders, returns, claims, and other operational performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, data accuracy, and coordination efficiency across assigned locations.
