Negotiating product placement, visibility, and cooperation programs with decision makers
Making periodic sales reports, daily activities, and market analysis

Working with distributors and internal teams for smooth operations
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail channel management
Strong knowledge of local supermarket operations and traditional trade dynamics
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and implement trade marketing programs
Willing to travel frequently and conduct field visits
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
