Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia seeks a results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead the distribution network in Gorontalo and surrounding Sulawesi markets. You will manage the sales team and distributors, drive targets, and nurture strong client relationships to grow the local business.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in sales supervision within FMCG/beauty, with experience across General Trade and Modern Trade. Willing to be placed in Gorontalo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of online selling strategies and execution.
• Proven experience managing distributors, agents, and resellers.
• Solid knowledge of territory management, especially in Gorontalo or other Sulawesi area.
• Background in the FMCG or beauty industry preferred.
