Scarlett Indonesia in Bandung is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead in General Trade and Modern Trade. You will build and supervise a distribution network, manage the sales team, and drive targets in the local area.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of GT/MT experience, with a background in personal care products and strong distributor relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in General Trade & Modern Trade Independent.
• Experience handling distributors, agents, and resellers.
• Background in personal care and skincare.
• Experience with General Trade channels in the placements area.
