Job summary

PT MANGOLE TIMBER PRODUCERS is seeking an Area Head Heavy Equipment to oversee site heavy equipment operations, ensure maintenance, and optimize fleet performance. You will drive production targets and profitability at multiple site locations in North Maluku.

The role requires a D3/S1 in engineering, at least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment, and strong leadership to develop the team while ensuring compliance with K3LH standards. Willingness to be placed on site in North Maluku.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mining Engineering (relevant).
• Minimum 5 years experience in Heavy Equipment/Alat Berat field.
• Expertise in operational management of heavy equipment, maintenance and fleet.
• Understanding of K3, workplace safety and heavy equipment industry standards.
• Willing to be placed at site in North Maluku.
