Job summary

A leading mining company in Southeast Sulawesi is seeking a Foreman to lead and control daily production activities. Responsibilities include monitoring production, conducting safety briefings, and managing operational readiness. Candidates must have a minimum SMA/SMK or D3/S1 degree in Mining, Geology, or related fields, and possess leadership skills. Experience in mining operations and the ability to operate LV vehicles are essential. This role requires onsite work in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Foreman (D3/S1) or 3 years (SMA/SMK).
• Good understanding of mining operations.
• Able to operate LV (SIM A required).
• Able to operate LV (SIM A required).
• Willing to work onsite in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

• Monitor hourly production using CCR data and resolve field constraints
• Ensure operators perform P2H before equipment operation
• Conduct safety briefings and field inspections
• Control manpower attendance and operational readiness
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and Grade Control teams

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or D3/S1 in Mining, Geology, or related fields
• Preferably POP certified
• Minimum 1 year experience as Foreman (D3/S1) or 3 years (SMA/SMK)
• Good understanding of mining operations, fleet control, and field supervision
• Able to operate LV (SIM A required)
