Job summary

LIXIL in Jakarta seeks a proactive role to influence developers, architects and designers to specify LIXIL products in building designs. You will promote products, build strategic relationships and present technical information to ensure specification in project documents.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in architecture or related field and 3+ years in specifier exposure within building materials or construction, with strong leadership and networking skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of specifier exposure in building materials/ construction industry.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to develop and execute a successful business development strategy.
• Extensive networking with developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers.

Responsibilities

• Promote LIXIL products to architects, developers and designers.
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers and engineers.
• Introduce and recommend products to be specified in project documents.
• Provide technical support and explain product details and standards.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, or seminars to developers and architect firms.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and technical teams to share project information.
