Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong skills in SketchUp, Enscape, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong 3D modelling, visualization and presentation abilities.
• Experience in design development, detailing and project coordination.
• Able to develop projects from concept through documentation.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes and construction detailing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hospitality experience in hotels, resorts or related projects is a strong advantage.

We are looking for an architect who combines design creativity, technical capability and strong software skills.
