Job summary

Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is seeking a proactive Marketing & Brand Intern in Jakarta to assist brand guardianship across collaterals and support daily design coordination. You will help with events, asset management, research, and documentation while learning branding and content development.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand guardian to ensure brand application consistency across all Prudential collaterals.
• Coordinate design requests and approvals, briefing designers, managing traffic, and filing sign-offs.
• Support events and brand activation initiatives, including follow-ups, minutes, documentation, and budgets.
• Assist in desk research and preparation plans for related project needs.
• Manage asset filing and storage of marketing collateral

Job description

• Be the brand guardian to support the consistency of brand application in all Prudential collaterals.
• Responsible in day-to-day execution of Design request and Design Approval Request, coordinating the briefs from users to designer, managing traffic requests and ensuring sign-off filing for all outputs managed accordingly,].
• Support in event and brand activation initiatives and or projects. Raging responsibilities such as following up tasks, MOM meetings, documentation filing and budget reporting.
• Support in desk research and preparation plan for related project needs.
• Support in managing filing for asset logbook & storing marketing asset collaterals

Requirements

• Students in final year or fresh graduate from all major related to marketing and communications studies.
• Excellence in written and verbal communication with organization experiences is a plus.
• Interest in branding and marketing, growing skills in creative content or understanding copy writing is a must.
• Excellence in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Canva.
• Understand basic administrative work, attention to details and timeline oriented.
• Self-starter with good organizational skills, and willing to learn in fast paced environment
