Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking a Corporate Communication Supervisor to drive brand messaging and media relations from Jakarta. The role requires shaping a comprehensive communications strategy and delivering it across channels to boost brand visibility.

With at least 5 years in Marketing/Creative/PR, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns.

Requirements

What are We looking for:

• Bachelors Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as at least 5 years of working experience in Marketing/Creative/PR agency; media company; or corporates.
• Strong communication, content development, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience in developing and executing 360° integrated marketing strategies and communication plans across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of brand communication, campaign development, and marketing integration.
• Demonstrates a professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Energetic, collaborative, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to learning and constructive feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
